About — Stone & Deco
The story behind Stone & Deco.
An Indonesian house of stone, wood and earth — quietly composing material for the world's most considered interiors.
Chapter — 01
Where it begins.
Our story begins in the Indonesian landscape — volcanic ridges that gave Java its dense, mineral-rich stone; riverbeds that tumbled limestone smooth across centuries; forests of teak and suar shaped by monsoon and time.
From the stone-carving traditions of Java to the potters and metalsmiths of Yogyakarta, our work draws on a craft heritage that predates industry — a continuity of hand, tool, and material passed quietly between generations.
We translate these landscapes into objects: volcanic stone, limestone, river stone, timber, terracotta, and metal — each one carrying the memory of where it came from.

The brand.

Vision & philosophy.
Our Mission
To carry Indonesian craft into the world's most considered interiors — without losing the hand that made it.
Our Philosophy
We believe material has memory and craft has authorship. Our role is to compose the two with restraint — producing objects that feel inevitable in the rooms they enter, and that age into them rather than out of them.
Chapter — 04
What we stand for.
Sustainable Craftsmanship
We work with natural materials gathered with regional stewardship, finished by hand to reduce waste and honour origin.
Art & Function
Each object is composed to inhabit a room with quiet confidence — sculpture that performs, function that endures.
Supporting Local Artisans
Our atelier is built on long-term collaboration with master carvers, potters and metalsmiths from Java's craft regions.
Reliable Export Services
End-to-end documentation, crating and logistics — delivered with the discipline our partners depend on.
